My professional path developed mainly in Milan, the city where I was born. However, my life took a significant turn when, at the age of 6, my family decided to move to Fano, in the fascinating Marche region. Here I spent the years of my school education, learning about a new reality and developing the foundations of my education.

Microsoft systems engineer

After studying Economics, I started my career at SnamProgetti SPA based in Fano, an experience that laid the foundations for my professional growth. Initially, I held the role of Junior IT Technician, but my dedication and passion for challenges pushed me to reach higher positions. In just two years, I became a Senior Systems Engineer, specializing in Microsoft environments and actively contributing to the management of complex systems based on Windows NT.

Unix / Linux system engineer

My thirst for knowledge and the desire to face new challenges led me to change professional direction. I accepted a position at Mobilia Srl, a local internet provider, where I embraced a new beginning by fully immersing myself in the UNIX Linux environment. This phase of my career was characterized by intense learning about Linux server systems and starting to study web programming languages ​​such as PHP, Python, Perl and ASP Net.

Transfer to Milan

After two years of experience at Mobilia Srl, I considered that my systems and programming training was sufficiently mature to undertake the freelance path. So, I made the decision to return to Milan, my hometown, to start a new phase of my career.

Systems, integration and IT security

In Milan, I started working as a systems engineer and IT security expert for several companies. I provided advanced server services, dealing with email systems, web servers, DNS, proxies and firewalls. My contribution was crucial in transforming an IT company focused on PC maintenance into a complete Internet service provider, introducing new services such as hosting, domain registration and web application development. During this phase, I dealt not only with system activities, but also with web development, focusing on integration with external systems such as Zanox and Tradedoubler.

Web marketing

My career took an even more interesting turn when I realized that the most promising opportunities came from the world of web marketing. I have dedicated time to in-depth study of this sector, developing price comparison portals for major companies such as Fastweb and other groups. These portals were designed to automatically download databases from various suppliers, processing them to present different alternatives for each product.

Giovanni today

Since that moment, my career has evolved constantly, and the skills acquired in different sectors (systems engineering, web development and programming, IT security, database management, SEO) have allowed me to follow my clients in a complete and accurate way to such an extent who have often invited me to hold Web Marketing and System Integration courses at major training institutes. Today, with a wealth of experience and consolidated skills, I continue to be motivated by a passion for challenges and the desire to grow professionally.
